Paying a company for a product/service is fine. Receiving donations from a foreign entity is not.

I assume it's not illegal to use a system produced by a Chinese company, just like they can use non-american laptops etc. Curious if the law even has the teeth to dig through the layers of bullshit shell corporations and such to actually make China's (purposefully) clowned ownership illegal.
