The data in the packets is most likely encrypted. What they have is bits with TCP/IP headers that shows where the packets originated from (IP/MACD) and destination.
That is enough to prove communication and connections went overseas and undermines what Krebs and Dominion told us.

If the NSA has it, they can decrypt it.
And if it went outside the US, the NSA has it.
