Hang on, I smell bullshit... in press conferences related to any investigations that I can remember, the investigating spokesman almost always says something along the lines of "we don't comment on ongoing investigations". The article suggests Barr said the fraud is being looked into and so far nothing has been found, completely in contradiction to not commenting. This doesn't add up.

Were they looking for evidence? I suspect that DoJ was never tapped for such an investigation, and sidestepped, due to its obvious corruption. I would not be surprised to learn that all evidence in Trump's hands have come through other channels (namely, military).
