Security Engineer here:

  1. He's attempting to justify connecting the voting machine to the internet for sampling ballots for testing purposes.
  • This is a no-no in security, if the ballots are merely PDF, you can generate any sample pdf to test.
  1. He just admitted deleting evidence all the ballots for wayne county.

Google Drive is completely insecure.
