Doesn't really matter since he's not a judge. Material laws were broken and that requires no investigation. Tens of thousands of voters in Georgia had PO Boxes for registration, which is illegal in most states. Tens of thousands of ballots in WI illegally claimed to be permanently disabled and unable to vote in person which is fraud. PA changed election laws at the last moment which is against the constitution.

These are legal issues that need to be remedied.
