Barr doesn't have to really do anything. He was pulled out of retirement to do this, so it is logical to conclude Barr is simply packing in the additional paychecks to pad his retirement when he finally does get let go.

Depends on the state. There are separate lawsuits in each state and since each state sets its own election timelines re: certification, challenges, etc, each state will be in a different phase. In general, we are mostly at the state proceedings portion. When the states reject/dismiss/rule against us, it will be kicked up the chain and become a federal case because it regards federal elections, at which point it hits the second civil phase. When the swamp dismisses those too, it will finally get kicked up to SCOTUS.
