Barr doesn't have to really do anything. He was pulled out of retirement to do this, so it is logical to conclude Barr is simply packing in the additional paychecks to pad his retirement when he finally does get let go.

Since Barr was deeply involved in Ruby Ridge and Waco, it only stands to reason he's been Deep State's plant all along, put there to keep Trump's wheels spinning in place and getting any real traction.
