That would definitely help TD stay on target. If it is promotion of a rally or legislators to call or other time sensitive action, then mass posts is helpful. If not, all the posts are drowning out the posts regarding things we can actually do to help.

perhaps we could have a consolidation process where dupes are consolidated by the mods for the best title with the same link... perhaps when posting we could show the poster that this has already been posted and offer the opportunity to see the post first as soon as the link is pasted into the submission form... perhaps rearrange the posting form to have the link first then the headline writing would be skipped if its already on TD
