Apparently the AP misconstrued his words. He said the investigation had to happen on a per state basis bc Sidney Powell has to bring a civil suit first before a criminal one. IDK the legalese but he then appointed Durham as a Special Prosecutor on the origins of Russia gate.
All I know is that Biden was involved, would love to see a treason charge brought against him. We shall see.
