This is actually in line with what I've been saying, but I think you're right.

I think that Trump saying Barr is "MIA" means Barr has been caught behind enemy lines (meaning he was commisserating behind Trumps back with them) and is now marooned behind enemy lines

Specifically it means he's no longer part of the action., and no longer relevant

He's abandoned and has no contact or knowledge of any FEDERAL level information; meaning that the cyber command evidence is NOT BEING SHOWN TO BARR

I consider this to mean that Barr has been cut off and that the Pentagon and Army / armed forces cyber command is in charge of this

the KRAKEN is the 305th military intelligence batallion, according to military insiders like flynn and gen mcinerny

Or he's trying to make everyone believe that 1) he has nothing to do with what Trump is doing so he's impartial, and 2) he is an ally of the left so they let their guard down. Not saying it's one thing or the other, but at this point I see nothing definitely pointing to the negative interpretation.

The DOJ has nothing to do with the military so what are you even talking about?

lol! Oh no, not THIS shit again! The 305th MI BN, a unit I was recently in, has absolutely nothing to do with any of this and nothing to do with SIGINT or ELINT. It's literally just a training battalion for IET soldiers straight from basic training, and they train GEOINT and all source analysts. That's it. There's no secret basement where they hide all the super hacker spies. Flynn never talked about it and McInerny apparently doesn't know what he's talking about. The unit is not "nicknamed the krakens", it's "silent warriors", a reference to the MI branch creed. Here's their facebook page.

Memory is foggy but I thought election integrity (fraud) is under the purview of DHS?

Where are the criminal referrals for him to act on? Who is getting charged with what? See? We haven't even gotten to that part of the story yet. He literally has nothing to do at the moment. There's a lot of politics inherent in all of this at the moment. There ISN'T a lot of criminal charges being filed, at least in public.

Very valid questions. I am still in a wait and see mode. What is going to be very interesting are the findings from the DNI assessment:

Section 1. (a) Not later than 45 days after the conclusion of a United States election, the Director of National Intelligence, in consultation with the heads of any other appropriate executive departments and agencies (agencies), shall conduct an assessment of any information indicating that a foreign government, or any person acting as an agent of or on behalf of a foreign government, has acted with the intent or purpose of interfering in that election. The assessment shall identify, to the maximum extent ascertainable, the nature of any foreign interference and any methods employed to execute it, the persons involved, and the foreign government or governments that authorized, directed, sponsored, or supported it. The Director of National Intelligence shall deliver this assessment and appropriate supporting information to the President, the Secretary of State, the Secretary of the Treasury, the Secretary of Defense, the Attorney General, and the Secretary of Homeland Security.

Yes, it is definitely a crime. But has anyone been charged with it? I don't think so. So he has no reason to wade into what is currently going on. The DOJ prosecutes. It doesn't investigate. That would be the FBI (when it feels like it).

Well I guess you don't know what the attorney general does then...

https://rantt.com/the-attorney-general-explained

What is the role of the Attorney General? The Attorney General is the Head of the Justice Department and the attorney for the United States in all legal matters. They dispense legal advice to the president and the heads of other governmental agencies when requested. The Attorney General may support important cases that go to the Supreme Court of the United States if the case is deemed important in nature.

The Attorney General is also responsible for making sure the law is enforced impartially and fairly, leading to examinations of alleged violations of the law. Responsible for U.S. Attorneys throughout the country, the Attorney General may provide guidance interpreting the law to assist in prosecuting or defending the United States in legal proceedings. The Attorney General also oversees the federal prison system and all of the systems that pertain to it.
