Gorsuch?

Bostock v. Clayton County. He wrote the majority opinion: Added "gender identity" to protected class under Title VII without questioning the term at all. Gender identity = transgenderism = I'm whatever gender I say I am = identity politics at its most PC/insane. (Also sailed through House and Senate, unlike Thomas, Barrett and Kavanagh.)

He worries me. Hoping and praying.

Can be read several ways. People like to think Kavanaugh's iffy rulings are to show he isn't biased.

But maybe that ruling was to get us off our guard.

I don't feel comfortable until they prove their trustworthiness with the one thing that matters right now

Insurrection act is best because it takes it out of the hands of the populace and puts it on to executive.

But if Trump doesn't want to do that route for any given reason, then hopefully we have enough to know what must be done

Rumor is that the giant blackmail database that China held over MILLIONS of influential people worldwide was stolen right out from under their nose earlier this year. I believe that the Hunter laptop was really Trump demonstrating how he has the data and China does not.

If he has the data, he knows exactly which justices are blackmailed and how. It would be trivial for him to either use that against them or let them know that the threat of blackmail no longer exists, their blackmailers have already been dealt with.

That said, there are reticent people who weren't truly blackmailed, but were participating in the global takeover of the world, and probably thought that it was their best chance at getting what they wanted. Or they are just ridiculously evil scum of the earth who you feel better after hearing they died, likely in a homosexual encounter with a prostitute.

Thomas and Alito are solid, Amy has proven herself to be a true constitutionalist by the church ruling in NY, Kavanaugh went through literal hell to be confirmed and I doubt he’d side with the people responsible. It’s up to Gorsuch, who I also think would rule in favor of the constitution. I trust Trump’s judgment when making his scotus picks. It will be a 5-4 victory.

I agree Gorsuch is the key. His Bostock v. Clayton County ruling accepted "gender identity" as a protected class under Title VII Civil Rights Act 1964. I.e., "I'm whatever gender I say I am." Supposedly referred only to employers, but lots of ammo for libtards in other areas (high school athletics, Equality Act).

I'm praying he'll vote for the Constitution, too. The violations are so blatant.

You know that if SCOTUS takes the case that there will immediately be cries for the Trump appointees to recuse themselves, even thought that makes no sense...

I think Roberts will be the biggest coin-toss. He's been voting with the RINOs lately. We'll see about Amy, but she doesn't strike me as being a fake.

You mean he's been deciding with the Democrats. He's not the deciding vote. He lost that when ACB was appointed.

Correct, I mis-counted.

reckoningSE 6 points ago +6 / -0

yeah, roberts is not a coin-toss

he will 100% side with the left

KickingPugilist 2 points ago +2 / -0

Then why did he realign all battleground states to Trump picks?

Literally every battleground state.

Thomas in Georgia,. ACB Wisconsin, Alito PA, Kavanaugh AZ and Michigan I believe.

Moved sotomayor around in the process as well.

I don't trust any of them as far as I can throw them-- but I still pray they'll prove me wrong.

Probably pretty fucking corrupt.

Blurpy 2 points ago +2 / -0

This has always been the plan.

See where EVERYONE stands, then use the Sept 12th, 2018 E.O.

Scotus is what's left to go before that.

Notmypresidentelect 2 points ago +2 / -0

Depends on how much money they are offered at this point.

2
WantToGoInland 2 points ago +2 / -0

I wouldn't doubt them. Look at their recent 5-4 ruling against Cuomo on his church decision. We've already gotten a taste for how they're thinking.

Carbum -2 points ago +2 / -4

You can't present evidence to the SCOTUS.. They rule on other rulings..

So of we can't get a court hearing.. they won't see the evidence anyway.

Get your body armor pedes.

8
Dergy [S] 8 points ago +8 / -0

They rule on other rulings....so when other rulings say there was no evidence, that's when you present the evidence, to show that there was evidence.

Article III: "In all the other cases before mentioned, the Supreme Court shall have appellate jurisdiction, both as to law and fact..."

Exactly.

We can break whatever the fuck precedent is needed to return this country to the past.

This whole "election" is unprecedented.
