Trump has to convince the state legislatures to select the electors irregardless of the vote. Even if the supreme court rules in Trumps favor they will send the decision back to each of the legislatures.

I know one PA lawsuit is on its way to the SC, and there are GA, MI, and WI suits in unknown phase. Curious about this too.
