Waldron testified under oath and confirmed that Dominion Election Systems communicated with Frankfurt, Germany on Election Day.
Col. Waldron explained that Dominion voting machines were hooked up to the internet, where it was completely open to hackers. He added that they observed packet traffic from the US to a server in Frankfurt, Germany.
It establishes that there was communication between machines being used to count our votes and a foreign country.
