She testified that there were three Dominion employees there, one of them being the co-owner of the company. I think Chyna was a higher up, herself. Perhaps some officer in the company. She knew what they were going there to do.
I can't think of a single agency that could pick her up and interrogate her. FBI, no. CIA? No. I'd have to go with some type of military unit.
She's not what I would call a star witness, but she told them what she saw and she works very well as a Fact Witness which is about the most important witness you can get on a case. It's just above an expert witness in importance, if they can be substantiated. And is enough in criminal court to convict people usually.

She kept saying "discard it," they didn't know that she meant to say discard the count on the tabulator and start the count again with the problem ballot on top of the batch.

If the Campaign and the Republican legislators who say they want to find voting fraud were serious, they could stop this in a few days. If there are over votes, then it’s fraud, easy. And that has been prosecuted in courts for decades.
If there are no overvotes, but these ballots were counted twice, then there is a universe of people who The county says voted, who didn’t. This just takes a few private investigators and some shoe leather. Everything we need is public record. Pull the list of everyone who ‘voted’ for the first time this election. Especially brand new registrants who aren’t 18, or people who have been registered for years and never voted. If I were the Dems and I wanted to minimize chances of being caught while claiming that 100k people who didn’t vote, did, I’d start with the people least likely to vote. So take that list, it should be available to every campaign in Wayne County by now with their database. If we can’t get a campaign to do it, we’d have to go to the elections office. Go door to door. With this much fraud, it shouldn’t take more than a few hours to find someone who was verifiably at work, or verifiably out of the state, whatever. Once you’ve found a few of these people the integrity of the election crumbles.
we have to be more specific. Over votes are different than ballot stuffing which is different than illegal voting, which is different than ballot harvesting which is different than malicious code. Separate those accusations out and follow them one by one.
I don’t know... maybe I just need to trust a plan or whatever, but as someone who has professional participated in all aspects of elections, the case I’m hearing is to muddled by all of the different accusations of different types of fraud. Dems probably tried to cheat in all these different ways. I’m sure some Detroit city councilor was trying to stuff the ballot box so the numbers looked good. I’m sure some “community engagement” organization was mailing in fraudulent ballots because their Soros grant depends on it. I’m sure the State Democratic Party cultivates lists of people who are registered but never just so they can cast fraudulent ballots. And I’m sure the Biden campaign didn’t trust any of this to be enough so they fucked with the software. But we need to be more precise.

And there lies the problem. You see, the best countermeasure for fraud with paper ballots is that there's no agregated data giving you enough time to fuck around and that it takes a lot of manpower to manufacture those paper ballots and spike the books. As soon as you digitize the process, both of those are out of the window. A single poll worker can manufacture as many ballots as the scanner can get through and assign them to anyone, who hasn't voted. It would take an immense ammount of time to balance the sheets (ballots vs pollbooks) if everything was done on paper. However because they're just glorified excel spreadsheets, you could have it done and ready by the next morning and all it takes is a single poll worker and a single employee in the company counting the votes. It no longer requires a conspiracy to rig an election, it only takes two people.
And then, if you really need the paper ballots in case of a hand recount, you have weeks to prepare them and you know the exact numbers you need. And with all the ballots sent out to random people months before the election, there's no shortage of them to fill out.
And bear in mind, that what... 72% precincts in Detroit don't have a match between votes cast and votes counted? And they still certified? This means you don't even have to be exact, all you have to do is match the numbers enough to make them passable.

The reason things are on a bad trajectory is because in a democracy the politicians listen to the public opinion. If the media is all on one side then politicians almost exclusively feel public opinion being on one side. The right lost the culture war. Beside conserving, the right doesn't have a leg to stand on culturally. The founding ideas of personal freedom and liberty have waned. Now people look up to big daddy government for gibs, and politicians squabble among themselves over just how much giving should be done.
Tactically, the right lost the election when they allowed states to mail in ballots without a request from voters. Strategically, the right has been slowly losing since almost the creation of the country.

"There is no widespread voter fraud" is a canard. Most election fraud is distributed. Just a few of the ways fraud happens: fictitious registrations, out of state registrations, illegal registrations, mail in (not absentee) ballots, discarded ballots, lost in mail ballots, no ID voting, multiple voting, over voting, vote switching, and on and on.
When the fraud is distributed, and one or a few people are caught committing fraud people can say "it's not enough to change the outcome of the election". Multi-layered, distributed fraud requires vigilance at all levels, at all times.
All these individual stories are just pieces of the puzzle. Our spokespeople have to be able to keep this clear in how it all fits together.

She explained all of that. Were you not paying attention? The senators asked the same exact question(s) more than once, and got the same clear explanation from her each time. I understood her perfectly the first time she explained, and each time after that. The senators were dumb for repeating the question(s) and expecting different answer(s). If they needed clarification on something, they should have asked for that specific clarification, which one senator actually did and it was helpful.

Consider this, though- if you are a crafty rigger you know that putting untrained people on the ballot scanners at a time when dem-heavy ballot batches are coming in will lead to them getting double-counted because of this discard procedure that they won't know how to handle. Then when Trump-heavy batches come in you switch out the people working the ballot scanners with ones who know how to do the discard procedure properly

I think there was an error on the screen of the machine that said Jam, and a button that said discard. So the machine would not count that ballot that jammed. The person feeding the machine, would then grab the stack the had already ran, and run them all again.
It could also mean that the ballots that jammed were to be discarded, set aside, then copied to a new ballot later and ran.
I understand how it works, maybe because I've heard it from another witness.
You attempt to scan a whole batch of, say, 50 ballots. Ballot 25 jams.
So what you're supposed to do is to press "discard", put the bad ballot on top, and rescan the whole batch (hoping it goes through this time).
Discard button discards the count of that batch up to the time it jammed.
If they don't press discard then those 24 ballots will be counted twice, if the whole batch goes through the second time.
This chick was saying that they didn't discard, and probably didn't put the bad ballot on top.
So those 24 will be counted over and over again.

When the tabulators are handed the ballots and the poll book, it has been checked, there are x signatures in the poll book and x ballots. If the tabulator comes back and says, “here you go, Biden got x + 100 votes” they run the entire thing over again. She’s describing incompetence, not fraud. The kind of incompetence that makes people have to be there forever because those had to be rechecked a bunch of times. I’m with you, I don’t know what people are seeing in her testimony. She’d be getting trashed if she were a lefty.

The Chairman today was trying to limit the scope of hearings (if I understand right) to the main Detroit Counting Facility. They had so many people that wanted to testify that they were asking people to testify to other matters at another time or send written testimony. So it's not like it was a taboo subject, just off-topic for the hearing today.
The fraud is so widespread they don't even know who to arrest first. There's so many questions to ask all they can do is polish those cuffs until they find the ringleader. Been working in IT for 20 years so let me explain. She was hired as a contractual "warm body" for IT services but was based AF. Dominion owner was doing the actual "IT work".

She did actually respond but its not a simple answer as "i was there to make hamburgers" so to the novice it would sound as though she didn't - but it's a difficult thing to answer in the way they wanted.
When you're hired as IT support for things like this its reactionary.. so you're there to be able to assist or provide support in the event of issues.
What issues?! well you don't know because most of the time its user error not machine error so there is no simple answer to what you might be doing. It could be as simple as an error on the screen that the operator doesn't understand or they encounter a scenario which the pre-determined steps don't account for.
Her testimony makes perfect sense to someone who has done this type of stuff before, she got training about the system, she knows how it works in terms of running batches through and what happens when there's an error etc. I've only done a little bit of research into it (not because of her testimony but because i needed to understand a few things to interpret some data i was trawling through) and even with my limited knowledge i can say with confidence that she wasnt bullcrapping.. she actually is intelligent and understands how the Dominion machines work - i think she flew under the radar because she's smarter than she may appear from first impressions.

The only thing i could even attempt to criticize her for would be the closing part where she says that she wasn't meant to mention that one thing, but it wasn't very clear what that thing was - plus she stated that the only reason she did is because others had already mentioned it.
If Sidney/Rudy wanted her to not say particular things for a secret reason they haven't explained to her clearly, she shouldn't have put her on the world stage - you can't have it both ways, that's on them not her.
You might see this as not disciplined but i see it as being a very quick rational thinker who is fully aware of her surroundings/situation and it was her decision - she isn't beholden to anyone, she isn't being paid or under any legal obligations (AFAIK). It’s obvious NONE of these politicians have ever worked an election in their LIVES! I was a first time election judge this year and I could name 10 ways I could rig an election myself with 3 IT people after being trained for a day on all the computer systems and knowing the ballot journey from start to finish. Granted I’m fairly technical, but I’m no genius.

it would show up if you just ran the same batch over and over but thats not what they did exactly... they would run SOME batches through twice but the way in which they triggered this makes them seem a little bit different.
How i know she's telling the truth is she mentioned the batch sizes of 50!! this is important because i've spent a LONG time going through Georgia's data and indeed in many large county's they break up the absentee ballots into batches of 50.
How they do the double thing is lets say i have a batch like this:
trump / biden / jorg / blank
10 / 35 / 3 / 2
Well see how there is two blank ballots at the end? I'll use the term blank but its technical more than blank, its under/error too, basically it throws up an error that it cant determine the vote for that ballot. Now.. the first time its run the machine records those amount but errors for human correction.
They can then look at the ballots and either adjust the results electronically (in which case the batch is complete)
OR (but in the case of being dodgy AND)
They can duplicate the physical ballots with an issues (eg they are smudgy or have other marks the machine fails to read correctly) and then they discard the bad ballot, put the freshly duplicated one IN THE BATCH and then run the BATCH again... so this second time it might look like this:
trump / biden / jorg / blank
10 / 37 / 3 / 0
Notice how the blank is now 0 but the Biden has increased by 2 as that's how i 'duplicated' the bad ballots to be.
Thing is, you can then 'complete' the pending results which means BOTH set of results have gone through.
Hopefully this makes sense... anyway.. point is.. her story checks out from my knowledge - she's the real deal IMHO!!
Yeah I don't really get it either. I don't think he's correct that the amount they are out of balance is a cap on the amount of fraud (I assume this was his point). Being out of balance is a sign of fraud but I see no reason why they couldn't just also fake the voter records too to get it close (otherwise it's blatantly obvious if you counted hundreds of thousands more ballots than voters). Point is though when there is fraud on such scale it would be hard to make it match exactly. I think that's what her point was... that so many out of balance precincts just underscores that there was massive fraud.
At a high level I think balancing is the act of having number of votes counted match total of all voter records of peope who voted (and potentially within that more fine grained balance e.g. for absentee vs. in person etc. that they all match). Obviously you can see how if they have a list of voter records they could just match that up with ballots counted to get it close and "fraud" on that side of the equation as well. At least this is my understanding of it.

I have a long and heavy IT background. I'm a systems engineer, architect, and a programmer. I've worked for ad agencies, extremely secure government facilities, lawyer firms, and have been sub-contracted by other companies. This woman sounded like an airhead.
I get that she was sub-contracted by another company to help out with Dominion, but what kind of infuriates me, is that the one person asking about re-running ballots had a very, very simple question: "Does re-running these ballots count toward the totals?"
If she had just fucking answered "yes" or "I believe so" or "according to Dominion's user manual, I have strong confidence that it does", then that would've shut him up right there. But she had to answer in such a snide way and even misinterpreted his question, thinking he meant one and only one ballot was being re-scanned.
Her testimony was good and damning to Dominion, but her answers were very bad - in a legal sense, anyway. Her answers needed to be more direct or precise.

She's not what I would call a star witness, but she told them what she saw and she works very well as a Fact Witness which is about the most important witness you can get on a case. It's just above an expert witness in importance, if they can be substantiated. And is enough in criminal court to convict people usually.
She needs some coaching on how to answer, but I think she could be a star witness.

If the Campaign and the Republican legislators who say they want to find voting fraud were serious, they could stop this in a few days. If there are over votes, then it’s fraud, easy. And that has been prosecuted in courts for decades.
If there are no overvotes, but these ballots were counted twice, then there is a universe of people who The county says voted, who didn’t. This just takes a few private investigators and some shoe leather. Everything we need is public record. Pull the list of everyone who ‘voted’ for the first time this election. Especially brand new registrants who aren’t 18, or people who have been registered for years and never voted. If I were the Dems and I wanted to minimize chances of being caught while claiming that 100k people who didn’t vote, did, I’d start with the people least likely to vote. So take that list, it should be available to every campaign in Wayne County by now with their database. If we can’t get a campaign to do it, we’d have to go to the elections office. Go door to door. With this much fraud, it shouldn’t take more than a few hours to find someone who was verifiably at work, or verifiably out of the state, whatever. Once you’ve found a few of these people the integrity of the election crumbles.

And there lies the problem. You see, the best countermeasure for fraud with paper ballots is that there's no agregated data giving you enough time to fuck around and that it takes a lot of manpower to manufacture those paper ballots and spike the books. As soon as you digitize the process, both of those are out of the window. A single poll worker can manufacture as many ballots as the scanner can get through and assign them to anyone, who hasn't voted. It would take an immense ammount of time to balance the sheets (ballots vs pollbooks) if everything was done on paper. However because they're just glorified excel spreadsheets, you could have it done and ready by the next morning and all it takes is a single poll worker and a single employee in the company counting the votes. It no longer requires a conspiracy to rig an election, it only takes two people.
And then, if you really need the paper ballots in case of a hand recount, you have weeks to prepare them and you know the exact numbers you need. And with all the ballots sent out to random people months before the election, there's no shortage of them to fill out.
And bear in mind, that what... 72% precincts in Detroit don't have a match between votes cast and votes counted? And they still certified? This means you don't even have to be exact, all you have to do is match the numbers enough to make them passable.
I want to upvote this many times - the testimony we heard first-hand yesterday was certainly 'amateur hour', along with the questions (or lack of questions) from the state legislators, but from a public perception viewpoint I came away from several hours of testimony that the entire counting event at TCL was setup to cheat.

The reason things are on a bad trajectory is because in a democracy the politicians listen to the public opinion. "There is no widespread voter fraud" is a canard. Most election fraud is distributed. Just a few of the ways fraud happens: fictitious registrations, out of state registrations, illegal registrations, mail in (not absentee) ballots, discarded ballots, lost in mail ballots, no ID voting, multiple voting, over voting, vote switching, and on and on.
When the fraud is distributed, and one or a few people are caught committing fraud people can say "it's not enough to change the outcome of the election". Multi-layered, distributed fraud requires vigilance at all levels, at all times.
All these individual stories are just pieces of the puzzle. Our spokespeople have to be able to keep this clear in how it all fits together.

She explained all of that. Were you not paying attention? The senators asked the same exact question(s) more than once, and got the same clear explanation from her each time. I understood her perfectly the first time she explained, and each time after that. The senators were dumb for repeating the question(s) and expecting different answer(s). If they needed clarification on something, they should have asked for that specific clarification, which one senator actually did and it was helpful.
Her testimony was the best I have seen so far. Not sure how you don't understand what she said unless you are truly a smooth brain operator.

Consider this, though- if you are a crafty rigger you know that putting untrained people on the ballot scanners at a time when dem-heavy ballot batches are coming in will lead to them getting double-counted because of this discard procedure that they won't know how to handle. Then when Trump-heavy batches come in you switch out the people working the ballot scanners with ones who know how to do the discard procedure properly
My point is "They didn’t know what they were doing" is just referring to the pawns working the scanners; doesn't mean it wasn't part of a deliberate fraud effort
I think she could have prepared a better prepared statement that describes the supposed system and then how it worked in reality,
I think there was an error on the screen of the machine that said Jam, and a button that said discard. So the machine would not count that ballot that jammed. The person feeding the machine, would then grab the stack the had already ran, and run them all again.
It could also mean that the ballots that jammed were to be discarded, set aside, then copied to a new ballot later and ran.
I understand how it works, maybe because I've heard it from another witness.
You attempt to scan a whole batch of, say, 50 ballots. Ballot 25 jams. So what you're supposed to do is to press "discard", put the bad ballot on top, and rescan the whole batch (hoping it goes through this time). Discard button discards the count of that batch up to the time it jammed.
If they don't press discard then those 24 ballots will be counted twice, if the whole batch goes through the second time.
This chick was saying that they didn't discard, and probably didn't put the bad ballot on top. So those 24 will be counted over and over again.
Which is annoying because it’s amateur, but that will be caught and I’m sure it was. Every election (over a dozen at this point) I’ve been a part of, machines jam. When the tabulators are handed the ballots and the poll book, it has been checked, there are x signatures in the poll book and x ballots. If the tabulator comes back and says, “here you go, Biden got x + 100 votes” they run the entire thing over again. She’s describing incompetence, not fraud. The kind of incompetence that makes people have to be there forever because those had to be rechecked a bunch of times. I’m with you, I don’t know what people are seeing in her testimony. She’d be getting trashed if she were a lefty.

The fraud is so widespread they don't even know who to arrest first. There's so many questions to ask all they can do is polish those cuffs until they find the ringleader. Been working in IT for 20 years so let me explain. She was hired as a contractual "warm body" for IT services but was based AF. Dominion owner was doing the actual "IT work".

She did actually respond but its not a simple answer as "i was there to make hamburgers" so to the novice it would sound as though she didn't - but it's a difficult thing to answer in the way they wanted.
When you're hired as IT support for things like this its reactionary.. so you're there to be able to assist or provide support in the event of issues.
What issues?! well you don't know because most of the time its user error not machine error so there is no simple answer to what you might be doing. It could be as simple as an error on the screen that the operator doesn't understand or they encounter a scenario which the pre-determined steps don't account for.
Her testimony makes perfect sense to someone who has done this type of stuff before, she got training about the system, she knows how it works in terms of running batches through and what happens when there's an error etc. I've only done a little bit of research into it (not because of her testimony but because i needed to understand a few things to interpret some data i was trawling through) and even with my limited knowledge i can say with confidence that she wasnt bullcrapping.. she actually is intelligent and understands how the Dominion machines work - i think she flew under the radar because she's smarter than she may appear from first impressions.
CodeMonkeyz would be able to validate her claims if anyone thinks its bullcrap as he's aware of how the system works too, anyone could go read the manual and learn it if they wanted it just takes a bit of time to wrap your head around.
It's fantastic she's come forward because if one state falls, it basically will have a Domino effect to the other remaining ones using the same Dominion setup.

The only thing i could even attempt to criticize her for would be the closing part where she says that she wasn't meant to mention that one thing, but it wasn't very clear what that thing was - plus she stated that the only reason she did is because others had already mentioned it.
If Sidney/Rudy wanted her to not say particular things for a secret reason they haven't explained to her clearly, she shouldn't have put her on the world stage - you can't have it both ways, that's on them not her.
You might see this as not disciplined but i see it as being a very quick rational thinker who is fully aware of her surroundings/situation and it was her decision - she isn't beholden to anyone, she isn't being paid or under any legal obligations (AFAIK). Again, it's likely an average Joe would underestimate her and she has learnt to use this to her advantage, trust me she's a hidden talent.

Compared to other testimonies we've seen the past few days, she is scatter brained and poor at explaining situations. For example, she says "discard" a few times but I had to work out she meant "click the discard button in the software". Important distinction!

it would show up if you just ran the same batch over and over but thats not what they did exactly... they would run SOME batches through twice but the way in which they triggered this makes them seem a little bit different.
How i know she's telling the truth is she mentioned the batch sizes of 50!! this is important because i've spent a LONG time going through Georgia's data and indeed in many large county's they break up the absentee ballots into batches of 50.
How they do the double thing is lets say i have a batch like this:
trump / biden / jorg / blank 10 / 35 / 3 / 2
Well see how there is two blank ballots at the end? I'll use the term blank but its technical more than blank, its under/error too, basically it throws up an error that it cant determine the vote for that ballot. Now.. the first time its run the machine records those amount but errors for human correction.
OR (but in the case of being dodgy AND)
trump / biden / jorg / blank 10 / 37 / 3 / 0
Notice how the blank is now 0 but the Biden has increased by 2 as that's how i 'duplicated' the bad ballots to be.
Thing is, you can then 'complete' the pending results which means BOTH set of results have gone through.
Hopefully this makes sense... anyway.. point is.. her story checks out from my knowledge - she's the real deal IMHO!!

Yeah I don't really get it either. I don't think he's correct that the amount they are out of balance is a cap on the amount of fraud (I assume this was his point). Being out of balance is a sign of fraud but I see no reason why they couldn't just also fake the voter records too to get it close (otherwise it's blatantly obvious if you counted hundreds of thousands more ballots than voters). Point is though when there is fraud on such scale it would be hard to make it match exactly. I think that's what her point was... that so many out of balance precincts just underscores that there was massive fraud.
At a high level I think balancing is the act of having number of votes counted match total of all voter records of peope who voted (and potentially within that more fine grained balance e.g. for absentee vs. in person etc. that they all match). Obviously you can see how if they have a list of voter records they could just match that up with ballots counted to get it close and "fraud" on that side of the equation as well. At least this is my understanding of it.

I have a long and heavy IT background. I'm a systems engineer, architect, and a programmer. I've worked for ad agencies, extremely secure government facilities, lawyer firms, and have been sub-contracted by other companies. This woman sounded like an airhead.
I get that she was sub-contracted by another company to help out with Dominion, but what kind of infuriates me, is that the one person asking about re-running ballots had a very, very simple question: "Does re-running these ballots count toward the totals?"
If she had just fucking answered "yes" or "I believe so" or "according to Dominion's user manual, I have strong confidence that it does", then that would've shut him up right there. But she had to answer in such a snide way and even misinterpreted his question, thinking he meant one and only one ballot was being re-scanned.
Her testimony was good and damning to Dominion, but her answers were very bad - in a legal sense, anyway. Her answers needed to be more direct or precise.
