What's interesting is I guess they ended up saving sewage samples and said that before December Covid was found in European sewers meaning that Covid was in people's systems before we really even started to see news in December from Chi-na. I'll link the article if I find it.
Edit: I was wrong on it being in Europe, it was in Spain. One of the articles I read said they did do testing in Europe as well and it is possible that Europe also had this same thing but "unconfirmed".
