Jay Sekulow) and enough based Justices (incl. Amy). Why escalate before SCOTUS rules? We just saw a great SC decision for freedom.
We have great lawyers (esp. Jay Sekulow) and enough based Justices (incl. Amy).
Plus a very strong case and a very high number of citizens supporting the case.
I agree with waiting for SCOTUS, but even if they rule in Trump's favor, I still think this might be necessary for afterwards.
