My guess is, if the Trump Team can prove fraud in court, and the FBI / DOJ are not able to do the same or provide a case that would then it gives the AG legitimate reason to sack and shake-up the agencies from top to bottom. Their will be no excuses, accusations interference or politicizing the agencies, it would only be about firing incompetence.
