Another Trump lawyer, Jordan Sekulow, was on Spicer's show saying that Barr's statement regarding fraud has nothing to do with violations of state laws and the Constitution.
Nothing has changed. The DOJ works at a snail's pace and we only have a few weeks. The focus right now is state law violations and constitutional issues. The fraud cases could take years and may not even be under the jurisdiction of the DOJ. Maybe Barr really hasn't seen the evidence. Either way it makes no difference until Trump wins.
