you are clinging to false hopes. DOJ can move pretty fast when they want to. They haven't because they chose not to.

Giuliani wouldn't be chastising DOJ for not talking to a single witness or issuing a single subpoena in 3 weeks if that was the norm. It's not the norm - evidence does last forever, especially when culprits are busy destroying it.
