They are great. We have 7 for different firmness needs. The giza sheets and towels are great too.

I looked at the amazon reviews a while back with the same question. Therr are a lot of positive and negative reviews, but since he's so politically charged, it's hard to tell if either is real. In the end, I decided 40 bucks was too much for a pillow, so I don't know.

I saw one at Walmart. It felt like a cheap standard not firm enough pillow, definitely not worth $40. So I bought a nice firm serta pillow for $20.
