The constitution says that SCOTUS has legal authority to rule on legislation by Congress. This may seem like they can't but remember, "Congress" is the word they us in the first amendment, and SCOTUS says that ALL governments, including state governments, apply to that label. Ergo, SCOTUS has authority to rule on a state constitution.
If Trump loses here (he won't, but let's imagine the scenario), then we'll never have another true Republican president. Just communists and RINOs (controlled opposition). Would the deep state allow Cruz to win, or would they cheat him?
What I want to know is where is Texas' other Senator , John Cornyn ? Is he standing in the shadows , wetted finger in the air , to see which way to go on this issue ? Why is he not on the front lines , supporting Trump ? I phoned his office to ask that question and gave the staffer a summary of my concerns . All fellow Texans should call his office and find out if he is a fair weather patriot .

I don't have much hope because SCOTUS doesn't really have jurisdiction to tell the PA Supreme how to apply the PA constitution.
But there's hope
SCOTUS has ruled that they do have jurisdiction over federal election cases. The PASC decision will probably tick them off, too.

Can't sue before the election because no harm has occurred (yet). Can't wait until immediately after the election because then it's too late.
