It seems that many of the men who say they're trannies are this way. It's a topic that's so fraught with landmines that barely anyone dares discuss it. A large subset of tranny men appear to be autogynephlic, meaning they get profound sexual arousal from the idea of being a woman, wearing women's underwear, or having a pussy. These seem to be the ones you're describing; hypersexualized perverts that get their rocks off being as transgressive (get it?) as possible and love the idea of making people uncomfortable in their spaces. They seem to suffer not only from clinical, sociopathic levels of narcissism, but also a level of misogyny that would make a Saudi imam blush. They hate that they're not women, so they hate women and want to take over their spaces and their very form. Obviously, not all trans men are like this, but a significant a very vocal portion of them are. Camile Paglia talks a lot about this. I highly suggest reading Douglas Murray's latest book "The Madness of Crowds" if you're interested in this.
