I hadn't considered this avenue. This would work very well. Would end with each state getting a single vote... But the downside is that the states where fraud happened would be heavily pressured to honor the fraudulent results.
That's why we are having these "hearings," so the delegations know the fraud, the numbers, and the people involved. Hopefully will lesson any pressure from Governor/DNC/State Leadership.
