Headline “1 + 1 = 3 according to science or politic expert” deep in article, science or politic ‘expert’ is quoted as stating that 1 + 1 = 2. They don’t expect anyone to read the article. Or understand their formula. It’s simple if you read it. Just standard propaganda.
