I told the rep that it sounded a lot like fraud and to her credit the postal worker said it is insane and causing all kinds of trouble within their systems. This started about 1 month before election. Didn’t think much more about it until now.
Such an easy thing to fib though. Postal carriers can easily scan it as "attempted" to stop the clock on the tracking so their office doesn't get penalized. Happens all the time. All it takes is to scan a package on the street as attempted and it will show on their end and in the tracking system that someone technically tried to "attempt" to deliver a package when all they did is scan it and fuck off

That's why I say these ballots were diverted to another state. No scan on delivery, no proof where they ended. The truck driver told told us he transported completed ballots from NY (blue state, doesn't change anything for Biden) to Pennsylvania (battleground state where Biden needs his votes to be redirected to).

If there were 10% invalid names and addresses on that list, that 10% was completely printed out. It's just a matter of filling them out and sending them at 4 AM to the counting place (after the GOP poll watchers had been kicked out so they couldn't see the age of all these dead voters). No scan on delivery, no trace.
BTW These are all illegal ballots but the voting machines will easily accept them since they do match the voter roll.

UPS is a little trickier because they're privatized and in a lot of ways have less accountability, can open/inspect packages without federal warrants, etc., but it seems to me that UPS is probably just using the same trick as USPS to stop the clock on tracking. This is more than likely because they're either lazy, missed your stop, and/or running late on their route, but still no excuse. My guess is probably that your driver is scanning the packages in his truck, as well, which is very fishy if you have the wrong driver because all it takes is for them to scan it in their truck, not deliver it to your door, and then drive away and they have all the proof that they scanned it with a geolocation tag in front of your house that looks like they delivered.
Can you provide context or possibly file a FOIA? I know this seem trivial, but it is not. If you were willing to contact Sidney or Lin or Trump team and give them the details about this call, then a FOIA could determine if they were indeed testing delivering packages marked later than received. Yes, in the case of the situation mentioned by op this does not directly apply. But I can think of several states that if this as working it does. Please at least take the trouble to contact the teams for this interaction as it may play significantly to ongoing cases.

I think you missed the point on that testimony and that press conference. Those ballots that shipped from NY to PA were fake ballots. The postal facility they shipped from was a bulk mailing facility, it did not handle incoming mail.
Those ballots were the fake ass mass produced ballots that were sent to PA, then portions of them shipped off to the other swing states to provide Biden with the numbers he needed to flip the vote.

Many times I have gotten an email that my package was delivered, it wasn't, trip to Post Office, etc. The problem is lazy delivery person scans everything while still in the truck at the corner, then carries the mail around and delivers it. The scanners not only say "done," they also have a GPS which says "where done," so that misdelivered mail can be tracked. Just another way to screw up.
