Such an easy thing to fib though. Postal carriers can easily scan it as "attempted" to stop the clock on the tracking so their office doesn't get penalized. Happens all the time. All it takes is to scan a package on the street as attempted and it will show on their end and in the tracking system that someone technically tried to "attempt" to deliver a package when all they did is scan it and fuck off

no they do have record of initial shipping. what they don't have: the necessary scan on delivery. This is particularly important for mail in ballots. In order to register "your ballot have been received" on the election website of that state.

That's why I say these ballots were diverted to another state. No scan on delivery, no proof where they ended. The truck driver told told us he transported completed ballots from NY (blue state, doesn't change anything for Biden) to Pennsylvania (battleground state where Biden needs his votes to be redirected to).

But you are forgetting that different states, and even different towns have different ballots because of local elections. It doesnt work like this to just send new york ballots to PA for counting, unless they were printed as PA ballots and just filled out in some warehouse in NY
