If we look back and see absolutely NO enthusiasm for him, given that they've talked about weighted numbers, shifting digits, all the discarded & destroyed Trump ballots, then looking at more historical norms, I honestly wouldn't be surprised his true number is less than Clinton in 2016.
There was software algorithm running in California to steal votes, but all races were "fixed" with Scorecard to finalize tallies (prior to the ballot harvesting that was done specifically to grow victory margins.
Go look at margins of victory in House races. Note that they follow a pattern and fit into one of these 'bins'
6% +/- 0.056%
11% +/- 0.0511%
....etc. going every 5% ->This is SCORECARD
