I put it in my email signature file several weeks ago.

I got the URL by inspecting the HTML source of TDW's sidebar to find the URL embedded in the code. The reason you can't right-click and download the image straight from the sidebar is because the image is added as a STYLE of a DIVISION (i.e. it's not defined as a normal image but more of a texture to a surface... kinda).
