Yeah I'm sure amazon with their $600 million CIA contract will gladly just provide server backups

Does not work this way. The only servers immune from this are the GovCloud servers in Ohio.

The AWS instances don't have "CIA" written on them. A low tier Datacenter employee gets a warrant, for a particular IP address, makes a backup of the server and sends it to the DOJ attorney who asked for it.

I posted this 2 weeks ago. The server raid is a hoax, it's an Amazon facility, you don't have to raid anything, just ask Amazon or even do it remotely.
