He takes the same rout every day from New York to Pennsylvania.
On October 21, he is loaded up with 24 gaylords (big boxes) of ballots.
He thinks, "Cool, I'm doing something for the presidential election."
He takes them to Harrisburg and has to wait for 6 hours to leave. This is totally unusual. He is PISSED.
They don't unload anything. Weird. A USPS transportation supervisor speaks with him. This is the first time he has ever talked to someone so high up because they don't talk to "guys like me."
USPS transportation supervisor refuses to give him any documentation or a "late slip" for what happened. This is totally unusual.

He goes to Lancaster and parks his trailer full of ballots.
The next day, his trailer is missing. It has never been found.
