It pisses me off how many women hate men...I love men and masculinity. I want to support men (as a societal whole, not just a single man) in any way I can.

I don’t know if I want to get married and I don’t plan to have children, but I don’t want to stand by and do nothing. I want everybody to see that men are actually getting the short end of the stick.

How can I help?

You're an adult once and a child twice. Have kids. When you're old they'll care of you, just as you took care of them.

Otherwise, you will be for hell.

Not just emotional loneliness, no holidays, etc, but as you age medical problems will arise. Who will be there for you? There's the admin. side of it too - who will be you executor, you medical POA, will care for you while you rehab from a fall or stroke?

Your parents will pass, and then your friends will begin to pass too.

Alone and disabled, the state will shove you in a nursing home, and Medicaid will "recapture" all your money, your house, all the things you worked so hard for.

"Assited Living"? Minimum +$3000/month OUT OF POCKET, unless you have a very expensive long term care policy.

Without those, it's nursing home for you. 20 percent of retiring boomers will be "elder orphans"

THINK ABOUT IT

I’ll use the money I saved not having kids to take care of myself. Maybe I’ll pay your kids to do it.

Having kids isn’t a guarantee they’ll look after you, and to have kids just to secure that would be indentured servitude.
