It's not pointless at all. If they all did not commit the crimes that will be exposed, how would the swamp ever be drained? Think about it. Crimes had to come first.
I believe there was plenty of evidence of them violating section 230 going back years.
My comment about it being pointless was in reference to it being done now. A month before we either go to war, trump is declared the winner, or he decides to accept it.
In all 3 of those scenarios doing it now is kind of pointless. Like I said if he concedes biden will throw it away day 1. If we war then they dont make it far enough to go to court. And if he wins, we can deal with it after we quell the insurgents.
