You may know Brianna Wu from Gamergate time, now failed political candidate. 'She' was born a man. In her long Wikipedia page that goes into great detail on trivial matters it happens to not mention her real sex at all.

If you don't already know someone's history and you just read Wikipedia you would find no indication about this. Perhaps a 'they' slipped in where it doesn't really belong could be your only hint. Aren't they supposed to be proud of their trials and achievements, how much they have overcome?

Exactly. Furthermore, if someone like Bruce Jenner decides he’s ‘really’ a woman, his identity magically becomes ‘transgender’ and not a ‘woman’. Transgender shouldn’t even be a category if he were supposedly a woman all along. In fact, calling him transgender acknowledges he was one gender and transitioned to another. He wasn’t retro-actively a woman the whole time, as Wikipedia and these LGBT ‘allies’ would lead you to believe.
