Also work on your title. "THIS NEEDS ATTENTION RIGHT NOW" is like a child screaming for attention. A title should be a brief summary, or provide enough information to make the viewer curious enough to read more.
Instead of posting a photo, make your post a link post so people can click on the link to see the content you're trying to share. A tiny photo of the flag is not a post worth viewing.
