i wouldn't be surprised if rudy/jenna have been pressured by RINOs in DC and cuckservatives on talk radio to not file with the SCOTUS because the people on the right don't want us to hate thomas, alito, ACB, kavanaugh, and gorsuch in the event that they reject even to hear the POTUS' legal team in a bullshit 9-0 'unsigned/anonymous' rejection letter.
These are all separate lawsuits. Do you think Rudy/Kraken/Lin woods lawsuits, which are in various State courts, need to stop and just file them on the SCOTUS? That’s not how this works at all. We are all pissed off and rightfully so. We would be wise not to stab each other in the back until we know what we need to do.
