This is great because the original lawsuit was profound. It's a god damn travesty that it was dismissed for "lack of standing" and other game playing bullshit. What it really was is "we're democrat judges and we don't care about the rights of republicans, which is indeed a violation of the first and 14th amendments. Hope it gets taken up because then we can hammer all these courts who bitched out when citizens had their cases die to "lack of standing."
