Am not white i have lots of white friends, am never treated with kid gloves and I take responsability, and accountability for my actions. I have respect for my peers who happen to be white, I respect some, some others are less than to my standards but thats life. I never lower my standards for anyone no matter what color. We are not all equal, some are better at some things than others but its how we perform as a team. I pick up someone slack and sometimes its my slack or lack of knowledge where they will pick up my slack. I have never blamed white people for any lack of knowledge, where I fall short I have had many peer help me learn and encouraged me to become better. This is all up to me and the level of sacrifice I want to take to learn and become better. So color doesn't matter, and if you think that way its because YOUR the problem.

He has a track record of calling out progressive politicians in Madison and State Government for not being progressive enough and jumped on the anti-racist bandwagon very very quickly. Also was a diversity coordinator for a local high school.
