I got lots of ideas for memes and gifs, but could use suggestions on programs to use to make them. Ideal free programs.
I'd like to make a Ironman gif with Trump and Flynn and Sidney Powell in Iron man suits. The Shazam family of MAGA. Transformer Maga vids. GIJoe Maga... etc... Could anyone steer me in the write direction?
