I believe it is akin "rupture" strategy in criminal law. This was a common legal strategy in Europe to defend leftist terrorist. The idea was to deflect from the question of personal responsibility by questioning society's ground to cast judgement on the accused. The point here is to deflect from process (apparently rigged against us) to incarnate corruption in the persons that are supposed to guarantee the process. This "rupture" strategy in reverse. I think it has teeth. Without it, we would no longer be talking about Georgia. It is still in play and the pressure is on.

The worst part is, this sort of talk breeds complacency. People hear Lin Wood saying that politicians are 100% going to jail, and they think they can sit on their hands, doing nothing, just waiting for the indictments to roll in. IMO, they would be 100% better off assuming that Lin Wood is talking out of his ass, whether that's true or not, and engage in a little activism.
