Did you read it? It said some media outlets have... referring to the media's reporting on Barr/the AP report - it doesn't say the AP. It goes on to say the AP -did not- report that the DoJ has concluded it's investigation.
Allllll of that confusion came from Barr and the media spinning the AP report. Hence why the White House put out a statement.
