People won’t and don’t break out of the conditioning when you show them facts or data supporting your argument. It’s so frustrating and it happens to me all the time. Some of use have awakened. We're not "woke", we've awakened. This election has brought the silent giant to life. And have a conversation of why the person might be proud to be an American (if at all). And what would make them proud. What differentiates us from the rest?
This is coming from someone who didn't vote for nearly 20 years and voted for the first time this year. I didn't appreciate the sanctity of voting. And I'm so glad that I woke up in time. People come from all over the world to have what we have. Talk with them as Americans and not as a blue or red person. Trump's not fighting for Republicans at this point. He's fighting for America.
