He will be at the mercy of the SCOTUS and the legislature. I don't think he would do the insurrection act as tempting as it may be, because if he's able to expose this well enough it won't be necessary to get the legislature and courts on our sides. It's about what is best for the country as he's been a pretty damned selfless guy. We will see what happens, but don't ever turn your back on the man that led us this far and that the media screamed non-stop in 2016 that he had no chance.
I think he's intent on exposing the fraud, but he's ultimately up to the SCOTUS and legislature. Ultimately I expect him to do what he thinks is best for the United States and we have no idea what is going on behind the scenes. The only thing I will accept is what he says.

Do they not understand if he gives up when our movement is at the biggest, and we won in a landslide, there will be NO HOPE in 4 years after Biden entrenches the rigging and fraud, legalizes 40+ million new Democrats, 2 new states, and stacks and expands the courts....

Yea. We have the proof. Im confident SCOTUS will rule in our favor. The fraud is blatant.
