Ah, I understand but that will probably be tough then... I was watching a previous video with Lindsey Graham and Brett Kavanaugh that highlighted that we are still under the thought of being at war. Will suing still be possible?

No. not yet. But I probably know too much about litigation. I'm sure that medical doctors and morticians have similar difficulties getting fired up about zombie movies.
