Actually I could be wrong. There are several possibilities
It's about Obama - This seems likely due to the sheer volume of pardons and he is extremely corrupt.
It's about Trump - This seems unlikely as Trump doesn't take Bribes and no one really has the power to persuade Trump either. And his pardons are too few.
The only other explanation is if Trump is pardoning people as part of a plea bargain he has made with people who are ratting out Obama / Biden.
It's about Biden - This seems likely due to... well... fucking grifting.
Put two and two together? Who hand out the pardons? Trump. Where does Trump live? The White House.
I'm going to laugh very hard when this becomes unredacted and the judge just shot Obama in the rear end.
