Originally I would have said if any state house was going to side with Trump on his election fraud claims and take back control of awarding Electors, I'd say Georgia. Unlike the other Swing States Republican decisively control the Government and it would take quite a few RINOs to stop it, but the way Kemp and Raffensberger have been acting give me less faith these days.
