The political/judicial system needs an enema, and a second one, to clean out all the shit that has built up over the past fifty or more years. To have politicos serving for over forty years is simply criminal, and the same goes for the SCOTUS and how its job for life system allows the justices time to drift away from their original beliefs. Term limits for everyone, and no pension or perks when they leave office.

Try parsing the PDF.
That happens with any doc like this it's to do with Word's OCR functionality.
Just opened the doc on Reader and Photoshop and can still separate the same layers, I guess it's just OCR on their end and not my.
