That's not true, I won a court case against a business broker who signed an affidavit that all the info he gave me was true & accurate, but it came out in the due diligence he knew the seller had lied, hid, and misrepresented a whole host of items and operations. If they lie on that affidavit, they definitely can be held accountable for it.

I think what he means is that the likelihood of votes flipping through glitches is very low, which would indicate it's solid. But they built in functionality for any operator to duplicate votes very easily, so it's garbage as far as election systems go
