Military leaders have the obligation to not follow orders if they are found unlawful/unconstitutional. So if SCOTUS declared a Civilian order to be unlawful and or unconstitutional, and civilian pushes through, leadership at any point in the chain of command has the obligation to disobey, as stated in our General Orders.
