I don’t know what you’re talking about. As a person with a very large penis, I find your statement confusing and troublesome. My impressively large penis is scratching its head. Surely, someone like me, with a very large penis, should be able to understand the ramblings of someone who’s penis isn’t quite as large as my own, yet me and my very large penis are in disagreement with you that someone who continuously mentions their good qualities clearly don’t possess those good qualities in the way that I possess my large penis.
Like that person you know that always says what a good person or insert positive adjective, virtue, or value here they are.
If someone constantly says how x they are, chances are they aren't actually x. Actions are what makes someone worth something.
