Yes and in someone’s testimony (not sure who/which state) they said they are running on Microsoft 7 which is so outdated, unsupported by Microsoft now and open to attack... those were some of the reasons TX didn’t sign on to Dominion.
Thought the same thing. These sorts of machines should really be operating in a “kiosk” mode where only the application can be used and the underlying operating system is not accessible to non-admin users. Definitely a big security hole, especially since they are running Windows.

Oh that. That probably just means that they had admin mode access and could manually change any file they wanted... any file they wanted...
